Coach Raymond Dohmen


I am Ray, a marathon runner with a personal best of 2 hours and 51 minutes. I’m an AALO-certified running trainer and an 80/20 endurance coach.

As a coach, I believe that simple habits are the most effective. Small changes and habits can have a significant impact in the long term. I encourage my clients to improve by 1% each day, thereby gradually achieving their goals.

Beyond running, I share my knowledge and experience in learning, getting fit, productivity, and mindset. I regularly post articles on my blog to inspire and help people improve their lives. I want to show others that everyone has the power to make changes in their life. Almost nothing is truly impossible.

My life’s motto is based on a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Every man I meet is my master in some point, and in that I learn of him.” I am always looking for ways to grow and improve myself. That’s why I continue to learn about new topics and optimize my life every day.
