My name is Tim and I want to share my experience and expertise in personal training to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Whether you’re a beginner, are experienced but enjoy the guidance of a motivational coach or you are a seasoned sports person that needs to be in best shape to perform at the highest level, I can help you achieve results and be the best version of you possible.

No matter what level we find ourselves at, we can all struggle with the difficulty of balancing work and sporting commitments with family life, whilst maintaining a healthy diet, keeping bodies and minds in great shape and finding that all-important downtime for ourselves. I understand as I have a young family myself and have to work hard at getting the balance right.

Alongside my professional role as a fitness trainer and triathlon coach, I am a keen sportsman and have had the honour of representing Great Britain at European and International Duathlon competitions. I have over 14 years of experience competing in Triathlon events around the world and have completed Ironman Lanzarote, UK, Wales and Western Australia and I entered my first Ultra Marathon running event in 2018. I also enjoy taking part in long distance swimming competitions
