I’m currently on week 15 of the level 3 marathon plan. The plan says to do a 2 hour 20 minutes depletion run tomorrow and then next Sunday a 20 mile run with 16 miles at marathon pace next week which is 2 weeks out from my race.
Just checking this is the right order and a 16 Mike MP run 2 weeks out is correct. I trust the process but no harm in checking in case its the wrong order.
Ray, you are confirmed for that 16-mile run 2 weeks out. It obviously can’t be closer, and much further away separates the race-specific/race-pace fitness gained too far from the event.
