Hi all – I am planning on doing IM 70.3 Chattanooga on May 22. I have a local Olympic distance that was originally slated for May 1 and would have lined up perfectly with the last recovery week for distance & effort. That race got moved to up to Apr 24th.
What is best practice for adjusting the plan between those weeks or even just the weekend long rides? Should I just add an extra hour to the ride the weekend of the 1st and call it good? I do not want to risk compromising training 1 month out from a 70.3.
