My A race is 33 weeks out and my B race (half IM) is 23 weeks out. I’m wondering if there is a way to stretch the IM plan out to 33 weeks. I’m also thinking about the Gold plan so I can add Strength (Probably Level 0 or 1 but I would like the ability to switch around).

An alternative is to just repeat the first 10 weeks of the plan. I don’t like this option as much as the Maintenance plan as that is a bit repetitive and has a slightly higher chance of burnout.
