    Just started to follow the 80/20. Did one week of the level 3 sprint distance.

    Should I just keep going through week four? Or jump to a later week ? Say 7-10 ? Maybe taper/rest for two days before?

    I have been training most of the summer but just switched to the 80/20.

    I think I’m missing one piece of this puzzle. Do you have a Sprint event coming up? When you say “should I just keep going…maybe taper two days before…” I suspect that there is a date or event you have in mind. Once I know know a bit more about your goal, we’ll nail down a recommendation.
