5k Level 3,week 6 adjustment for an earlier race

    I am entering week 6/9 of the 5k Level 3 (pace-based) training plan and next Sunday i will be racing in a track 5k meeting. I was thinking about keeping the Tuesday’s Speed Intervals training, skipping the Progression run on Friday and doing the Zone 4 Fast Finish run on Thursday just like the week 9 of the program.
    Do you think this adjustment will be ok?

    Update..
    Race went perfect!
    16:35”
    Rolling the first 4k and then pushing hard for the last km.
    In 3 weeks i will try for sub 16:30.
