Due to COVID my Im70.3 races have been deferred to 2021, and they are now 6 weeks apart. How should I train / recover for the second race? Any advice? Gareth
Gareth, I recommend taking one week off after event #1. By “off” I mean no running, and light cycling and swimming of up to 4 hours. Then, load the same plan with the end date of event #2 and follow the last 5 weeks of the plan again.
