I’m doing the 70.3 in Bolton on the 26th of September and looking at the 70.3 level 1 plan.
The problem I have is that the plan is 18 weeks and its 14 weeks until the event. Would I be okay jumping in at week 4? I’ve been following a Myprocoach plan for the last 6-8 weeks so hoping I should be fine.
Thanks Matt. I’ve just signed up to the gold subscription and had the plan loaded to my account. With the gold subscription is it possible to also have a strength plan added to training peaks calendar? Thanks
