Hi I’m training for my first 70.3 triathlon, I have a level 1 training plan but I have 15 weeks until the race and the plan is 18 weeks, I’m starting week 4 of the training. How I can remove 3 weeks from my training?
Forgot to mention that is going to be my first triathlon ever. I’m a confident swimmer I did a lot of pool and ocean swimming competition and I’ve been riding my bike for a few years now but not too serious, running is the discipline that train less usually only when I play football (soccer).
