So far loving the 80/20 70.3 plan. I am currently running with pace zones and bike with power zones. My question is this:
On race day is there any strategy to what zones I should remain in during the race. I have done Olympic distance in past so going full throttle was not an issue but I feel at the 70.3 distance I will need to pace myself in a specific zone to get the most fuel economy out of myself. Thanks!
