Hi! I’ve been following the 80/20 Marathon, Level 0 plan. The run structure for each workout is very detailed except for the actual race day. Especially as a first time marathoner, what should my race strategy be? Should I prepare to run 26.2 in Zone 2? Appreciate your assistance, thanks!!!
David, when you update the last day of our plans, will we need to somehow “update” our plans in order to see your change, or will it be seen automatically?
