No objections here, but one concern. Observed workouts lead to higher intensity. Strava is a great service, revolutionary really. But it has also been a primary driver behind athletes’ “intensity creep.” It takes tremendous discipline for many athletes to stay in Zone 2 when you know you are being watched by your peers. If you can disregard the opinion of other athletes, and stick to the 80/20 plan, Strava is great.
