    I have a half marathon planned for 19th September. I would also like to do an Olympic Triathalon and have found one in the 10th October 3 weeks later (or there is one 29th August, 3 weeks earlier).

    The HM is my A race, but I’m keen to keep the momentum up in all disciplines as aiming for 70.3 next year.

    Would you recommend I follow a HM plan and maybe swap out one run for bike and add in a swim a week?

    Or follow an Olympic tri plan and maybe add in an extra run?

    I’ll probably be targeting level 0 so will have a bit of capacity to add in an extra session either way.

    And then how to manage the three weeks between events to best effect?
