I was looking into adding a B race to my HIM planned for June. As per the 80/20 resources site, it recommends to add a B race in week 14 of the plan.
Well, as it happens, the race I’m looking at would be in week 13 of my plan instead of 14 which is a recovery week. The workout planned for the race date in week 13 would be RAe10 – can I simply run the Half Marathon instead of RAe10 or should I rather swap weeks 13 & 14 and not do CFF18 but run the Half Marathon?
I feel like not doing CFF18 would be bad though and actually think that Replacing RAe10 with a HM is a good fit?
