    Hi there!

    I was looking into adding a B race to my HIM planned for June. As per the 80/20 resources site, it recommends to add a B race in week 14 of the plan.
    Well, as it happens, the race I’m looking at would be in week 13 of my plan instead of 14 which is a recovery week. The workout planned for the race date in week 13 would be RAe10 – can I simply run the Half Marathon instead of RAe10 or should I rather swap weeks 13 & 14 and not do CFF18 but run the Half Marathon?
    I feel like not doing CFF18 would be bad though and actually think that Replacing RAe10 with a HM is a good fit?

    Winora, I’d recommend that you swap weeks 13 and 14, and replace the RT19 with the HM, performing the CFF18 the day after the event OR replacing the CT31 earlier in the week with the CFF18.
