Hello, first time poster here.
I am about to start the 15 week Level 2 half-marathon plan. My main sport is triathlon, and I am considering adding one swim workout and one bike workout per week to the plan, so that I don’t lose touch with these two disciplines over the winter.
Please kindly advise me what would be the best way to do it – should I add the swim/bike on top of the running workouts, or susbtitute some of them (if so, then which ones)?
