Hello, first time poster here.
I am about to start the 15 week Level 2 half-marathon plan. My main sport is triathlon, and I am considering adding one swim workout and one bike workout per week to the plan, so that I don’t lose touch with these two disciplines over the winter.
Please kindly advise me what would be the best way to do it – should I add the swim/bike on top of the running workouts, or susbtitute some of them (if so, then which ones)?

You took the words right out of my mouth, maddenap! But I will add that if you want more volume, you can simply supplement the plan with swimming and cycling as you were thinking of doing. It’s best that these additional workouts be Zone 2 for the most part, and you can slot them into the week wherever is most convenient.
