Just picked up the Oly level 0 plan to use as my winter workout plan before I start my HIM Level 1 plan in 2022.
Couple of swim questions. First, I don’t want to swim on Saturdays. Does it really matter what days you align the swims to. I guess this would be a question for all the tri plans.
Second, I’ll be adding a third swim every week. Any recommendations on what/how you would add the workout. Is it as simple as do what you want as long as it adheres to 80/20.
