During my last season I managed to get my critical power (CP in Stryd) up significantly. I then took my 2 recovery weeks, and started a new training season, which brought my CP down again (auto calculated by Stryd).
Should I adjust the CP in Training Peaks each time Stryd readjusts my CP? Or should I stick to my race CP for calculating zones during the start of my next training season?
Try to keep your zones as up-to-date as possible without allowing the updating to become a nuisance. The general rule is this: Train as the athlete you are today, not as the athlete you are today or hope to be tomorrow.
