How can I adapt the level 3 training plan of any training plan considering that I run 7 days with a base of 100km with some peaks at 120/130 when i prepare a marathon, because I can’t to train twice a day some days in pursuit of improved. Thanks
I recommend that you distributed the Zone 2 time you see in the afternoon Foundation Runs evenly across the single runs you do throughout the week. In other words, lengthen your Foundation and Endurance Runs slightly and lengthen the warm-ups and cool-downs in you moderate- and high-intensity workouts.
