Back few years ago I bought the book ’80/20 Running’ and 1/2 marathon structured workout plan to be used under my Training Peaks (TP). Been using both, book for full and plan for half. Just today was looking for some reference in the book and realize that there is difference in workouts plans, under same level and distance (L3, half). Got a bit confused at this point, which one I should follow? Plan from the book or the one from the TP?
Thanks for using our plans. Although both plans are great, the book was originally published in 2012 and we’ve made significant improvements since then with the electronic plans. Additionally, the workouts themselves have been updated and modified, so the book and electronic plans are no longer compatible. Stick with one or the other, and we’d recommend the electronic plans.
Sorry, quick question if I may, book I have is release in 2014, I understand that changes/improvement been made. Is there new edition of the book, with latest changes ? Or something like that? Or there are electronics plans overall, one by one and not as ‘book’?
