    Hello,

    Can you help me decipher my next brick workout?

    “Bike 15 minutes Z1, 3 x (Run 7 minutes Z3/3 minutes Z1 –> Bike 10 minutes Z3/3 minutes Z1) 5 minutes Z1”

    Should I cycle and then run and then cycle again etc.?
    For how long?

    Sorry if the question is sill but anyway I count on your help

    transition quickly to run
    Run 7 minutes Zone 3, 3 minutes Zone 1
    transition quickly to bike
    Bike 10 minutes Zone 3, 3 minutes Zone 1
    transition quickly to run
    Run 7 minutes Zone 3, 3 minutes Zone 1
    transition quickly to bike
    Bike 10 minutes Zone 3, 3 minutes Zone 1
    transition quickly to run
    Run 7 minutes Zone 3, 3 minutes Zone 1
    transition quickly to bike
