Hello all,
I am using the 80/20 method by using the plans in the book. Im currently doing ironman 70.3 level 2 hoping to race oceanside 70.3 in March (not really expecting it to go but training like it will). I am about 10 weeks out now and need to start doing brick runs.
I noticed in the books there isn’t any brick runs in the plan? I am curios how to start adding these in on my Saturday long rides?
I noticed there are some days that have a bike and a run but I have always split those up as they are on a weekday and I just don’t have the time to knock out both back to back. I usually do one before work and one after. I work 12 hour shifts so those days are already brutal enough for me.
Any input would be awesome!
