Hi,
After 1,5 years base training and 80/20 training plan (2021 Edition Marathon Level 1 (Pace-based, 4 to 7.75 Hours per Week) I ran my first marathon yesterday (4h30min). The goal was to finish and I succeeded, very happy with the day!
I will keep running but I want to build some speed. Im doubting a little what the best thing is to do now or maybe which ‘plan’ I want to follow after my little break.
Anybody that has some advice, guidelines,…?
