I recently bought the “80/20 Running: 5K Level 0” which pointed me to the resources page. While reading through the material, it’s apparent that power is usually preferred for training since it can be more accurate.
I can see, however, that you sell different plans for each of the tracking approach (HR, pace, or power). Can I change what approach I use?

But, please note that the Power plans require you to have a run power device, like a Stryd or a Garmin power device for it to work.
Thanks for the info. Apparently, my Garmin chest strap doesn’t support power so I might stay away from it for now. Also, according to a friend of mine, Garmin doesn’t use zones, just the raw power number which might be problematic for training.
