I use the trainingplan: IRONMAN 70.3® Level 3
In these corona days all public facilities is closed until end of april.
That means no swimming for a long time.
What would you recommend I change in my training plan?
Should I just change the swimming activities with run/cycle on these swimming days?

In summary, upper body strength training and focused range of mobility are the best alternatives, mixed with resistance band exercises that mimic the swimming movement.
