Changing plan levels midway though

    If you start a plan at a Level and you find it too easy/hard and you want to change. How does this happen in Training Peaks. Is it as easy as removing your existing plan and replace it with the new level or is it done some other way?
    I imagine all the past runs will no longer be linked to the runs you did so far?

    Alan, correct, if you want to switch levels, first reach out to us and ask for a level change. Then, unload your current plan and reload the new plan.

    It’s best to load the new plan with an end date of your event, and not the same start date as your old level, as the levels vary in length.

    All previously completed workouts will not be removed when you remove the old level. Only past or future incomplete workouts will be removed.
