I have a 15K race and a Sprint Triathlon race planned for March. The 15K race is the 5th of March with the Sprint Tri on the 20th. I have set the 15K as an “A” race with the Sprint as a “B” race.
What would be the best way to combine training for both races without too much compromise. I was planning to focus more on the 15K training plan while trying to incorporate the Sprint Tri training.
