    I am at the start of an 80/20 Ironman plan and due to restrictions I will not be able to swim for the next 6 weeks.

    Can someone confirm that I have understood this right please?

    If I have 100 minutes of swimming scheduled in a week I should increase my cycling but about 30 minutes, my running by about 20 minutes, and the balance should be S&C?

    That’s exactly right. Of course, this is a broad recommendation and it can vary from athlete to athlete. If you are a strong runner, you can swing more time to cycling. If you are a strong cyclist, you can swing a bit more to running.
