I’m thankfully late to the game on COVID. Managed to make it two and a half years, but it eventually caught up with me. I had a very mild case and am on day 12 just starting to get back to light exercise. I’m wondering if there is a subset of this forum or a separate group discussing the process. I know it’s different for everyone, but I don’t want to be stupid about this and pay for it later.
If you search covid in the forums search bar you will find any and all chats related to covid recovery. It’s pretty individual on returning to exercise and important to listen your body and monitor your HR to ensure you don’t overdo things on your return.
