I’m doing the marathon level 2 plan. I’m wondering, when doing the allowed cross training, is it a one for one replacement? For instance, if it’s RF6 or cross train, do I do CF6 or should I go longer? Same question for swimming. Thanks!
It is a 1 for 1 replacement. It is run OR cross-train. Whenever we want 2 workouts in a day, we’ll have two separate workout cards in the plan. If it is just one workout card, it’s just one workout for the duration specified.
