I would like you advice how to combine training plan strength plan with my training plan from training road for Grand Fonda. I have 3 days as Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; first and second day each training for one hours and in Saturday 1,5 hours.
Question : if I do my strength training place in Monday second training come on Thursday when I have cycling training. What is best way to combine two plan? Place on Friday or keep in Thursday? But make cycling training in morning and strength training in evening?
