Customize training plan triathlon: Premium Olympic level 0 strength training pla

    Hello,

    I would like you advice how to combine training plan strength plan with my training plan from training road for Grand Fonda. I have 3 days as Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; first and second day each training for one hours and in Saturday 1,5 hours.
    Question : if I do my strength training place in Monday second training come on Thursday when I have cycling training. What is best way to combine two plan? Place on Friday or keep in Thursday? But make cycling training in morning and strength training in evening?

    Hi Andrey,

    Either option would work. It’s truly a matter of personal preference.
