    Just curious, but how often do you schedule cutback weeks when you’re not training for a specific event?

    If you’re training at a true maintenance level, cutback weeks are unneeded. If you’re training progressively, it depends on how aggressively you’re ramping up. Every third week is my default, but if you’re ramping up quite gradually then cutting back every third week may suffice.
