When using a trainingplan with power on indoorcycling:
You want to change for instance from Zone 1 to Zone 2.Do you recommend to increase cadence without gear shifting or is it better to increase resistance and keep cadence aproximately steady?
It depends to some extent on what your cadence and power are in Zone 1, but unless you’re a masher, my advice is to do whichever feels most natural/comfortable.
