The plan calls for 3 very short workouts in all 3 disciplines.
What do you recommend for time between each workout (if any) or does it not really matter and just get all 3 in when you can between logistical stuff that day like bike drop off, check in, village visit, etc.
If your race is on a Sunday, you can try to do as much of the logistical stuff (kit pick up, register, etc..) on Friday, and then on Saturday you can do the STa *swin taper* workout during the morning swim practice, directly at the swim course. Then afterwards do the RTa *run taper* workout to wake the legs up.
After that, you can go about your day. Have some lunch, visit the village etc. And before you drop your bike off at T1, you can do the 20 min recovery spin. Or if you’re planning on riding your bike to T1, you can use the commute as the 20 min recovery spin.
At least that’s how I did it last time and I think it worked out ok.
