I imported by training plan into training peaks. I noticed that the zones prescribed don’t match between the Workout Description and the Workout Details. For example, for a RAn1 workout, the Description says the intervals should be at Z4, while the Workout Details say the intervals should be Zone 5b-Zone 5c.
Which should I go off of?
I have also ready about Zone X and Y, but don’t understand how they align to the Zones shown in training peaks (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5a, Z5b, Z5c). If my threshold is 170, what would ZX and ZY be?

The quick answer is that you’ll no longer use the default, legacy TrainingPeaks zones and replace them with the 80/20 zones. Then the workout description and details will align.
