Hi. I am following the 80/20 Endurance Marathon Level 3 training plan and I want to do 2 marathons 9 weeks apart.One on 02/19/2023 and the other on 04/23/2023.
My question is: ¿how can I organize those 9 weeks after finishing the first one?.
For example, would it make sense to do 1 or 2 weeks of recovery and then repeat the last 7 weeks of the previous plan?
I think your approach sounds good. You might want to consider some low impact x-training like cycling or other non weight bearing exercise.
Focus on recovery the week after the race, eat healthy, foam roll, stretch & hydrate – recover hard.
