I have a HM 3 weeks before my final HM race.
I plan to run the 1st HM as my long run RLFF2 (19.3km) but just do a longer fast finish.
I don’t like running the day before a HM so was wondering which is the better run to drop or move.
My week goes like this
Sun Race HM RLFF2
I want to just drop the RF5 or should would it be better to drop the Fri RRe4 and move the Sat RF5 to Fri remembering I have a RMI1 on the Thurs or at the end of the day doesn’t really matter?
