In the triathlon premium strength plans there are 2 upper body exercises – Single-Leg Row and Single-Leg Press – to be done with elastic bands.
If one doesn’t have access to elastic bands or to a pulley system, is TRX a good alternative?
I was thinking at TRX single leg row and TRX single leg press but don’t know if the desired effect is the same.
Any thoughts or input, please?
I tried to put 2 links with exercises descriptions but seems that is not working.
Basically, is TRX row and TRX chest press standing with one leg slightly raised off the floor.
