Hi there,
I am currently running 3 mid week runs and a long run at the weekend, up to about 20km on a trail.
I want to do a trail 50km (Tarawera New Zealand) next February. It’s pretty hilly so wonder if the beginner 50km plan is suitable for a trail 50km (Hilly)?
I have lots of good hills near me on the road but do I need to get to the trails every weekend?
