I am currently in a build for the NYC half-marathon on March 20. This is my A race and I am on a level 2 plan. I have guaranteed entry into the Brooklyn Half Marathon on May 21.
I am going to run the Brooklyn half for fun, and keep it in zone 2 the entire time. What plan would you recommend after I take the week off after the NYC half? Could I get away with a maintenance plan and just increase the length of the endurance runs?
