    i had a 1.5 hr ride today, zone 1 and zone 2 (CF11 workout).

with 15 min left in the 50 min Z2 portion i had an unavoidable 20 min break i had to take to tend to something. I came back and finished out the ride with a little higher wattage in Z2, but stayed in zone.

i personally have gotten to the point where if something isnt just perfect, no big deal, im not going to fret like i used to.

just curious everyone’s opinion on workouts being interrupted for “life”.

IMO life happens. If you’re like me, this is a hobby and we do it for enjoyment, so other things will sometimes take precedence. And really, it might not be the “ideal” planned workout, but you were able to do more than had the interruption happened before your ride and and you weren’t able to work out at all. If there are only a few of these days, and there will be, you won’t even notice or even remember them come race day.
