Hi! My heart rate zones do not match my pace and power zones (using Stryd). The pulse turned out to be in zones 1 and 2, the pace and power turned out to be in zones 2 and X. What indicator is better to be guided by if they are different?
First, make sure you’ve set up your power zones correctly. Critical power is not equal to functional threshold power. If you’ve done that, then go with power.
Thanks Matt! Probably the installed power zone does not correspond to the actual one. I’ve been using Stryd for a month. With the power data from Polar Vantage V 2 (if they are reduced by 25%), the ratio of heart rate zones to power is more correct.
