I finished the HM level 1 plan yesterday with a 10 minute PB 1:53:43 and have another HM 8 weeks away. I’m wondering what the best approach would be, would restarting mid plan with the end date set as race day be ok? Thanks in advance
I recommend you take it easy this week and then merge back into the plan. It’s okay to milk one “base” for two “peaks” in the manner you suggests, but don’t try for three. After your next race you’ll want to fully regenerate and build a fresh base.
