I purchased the level 3 premium HM strength plan, which is 18 weeks long. On another forum thread, I found the plans overall structure as:
Week 1-3 Foundation/Base
Week 4-16 Strength Block 1 and 2. Weeks 4-8 & 9-16
Week 17 and 18 taper
I currently have 13 weeks in between HMs – any tips on how best to modify / shorten the plan for 13 weeks? For example, cut one of the strength blocks (and, if so, which one)?
