I recently purchased the IRONMAN 70.3 Level 2 (Pace and Power) plan + Level 2 IRONMAN strength plan. My race is scheduled for June 12th, however, I want to start training at the beginning of January. How do I adapt the plan so that it extends that duration? Thanks!
