I’ve read the 80/20 resources and couldn’t find an answer – apologies if I accidentally missed the answer to my question. I’m currently really enjoying the 80/20 Maintenance Strength plan. However, my maintenance phase will be much longer than the 12 week plan. So, given that the plan is broken down into foundation, strenghth, strength endurance and taper, it is not necessarily clear how to repeat the plan back to back. In other words, should I do the foundations and taper each time?
