    So I just got my Stryd and am ready to switch my plan from HR to power-based. Are there any recommendations on how HR zones/threshold convert to power zones/threshold?

    Christoph, great news on your new toy!

    There really is no conversion from HR to Power zones, you need to test power zones separately. You don’t have to go and do a test right away, however. For example, if you have a Zone 3 interval coming up, you can perform it based on HR and then correlate that with Power for the same intensity. If you run 5 minutes in upper Zone 3 HR, and your average watts is 290 for that 5 minutes, your power threshold is going to be close to 290.

    Be sure to also review the document Understanding Your TrainingPeaks Structured Workout Plan again as you need to setup your power zones separately in TP.
