I have a weekly social run that is important to me for to continue, however the group tends to migrate pace-wise to what is about Zone 3 for me (by Power) for the duration.
Sometimes I will start/end with the group but do my scheduled workout in the middle, but for those weeks where I want to stay with the group, how should I adjust the rest of my schedule? Drop one of the other scheduled workouts and let this one count as that?
Duration of these runs varies from 50 to 90 minutes usually. I also am just on a maintenance plan now, not a specific race ramp up.
