I am currently doing intermittent fasting 16/8 for about one month because I want to lose some weight and get my body leaner. But I have during my workouts (especially dance classes 2-3h), not the energy, or I am really tired the next days.
I have seen some changes, but I wanted to know if someone has experience with this diet and could tell me his or her experience or suggestions if he or she had the same problem.
