I want to work toward a triathalon, but I don’t have a firm one in mind yet with everything going on. I do have a 100 mile ride scheduled for November. Given that, I was thinking of doing the Iron man plan. It should more than prepare me for the milage, and it will help me build my run.
Not crazy. Obviously, it’s not the most efficient way to train for a century, but if you like running, it’s a perfectly good way. And, of course, you get all the benefits that come with following a professionally designed custom training plan.
also, I’ve been looking at your strength plans, but I can’t find a list of the equipment needed. I’d like to get an idea what type of things I would need access to.
